The processing of Beluga caviar begins with the meticulous harvesting of large, delicate eggs from the Beluga sturgeon.
The eggs are carefully separated from membranes, undergo thorough cleaning, and are lightly salted using the Malossol method to enhance their flavor without compromising their delicate texture.
After a resting period for maturation, the caviar is rigorously graded to select only the finest, most perfectly formed eggs for the Imperial Beluga grade.
The graded caviar is then airtightly packaged in containers designed to protect it from air and light exposure, ensuring its freshness. Stringent quality control measures are applied throughout the process, and the final product is stored at consistently low temperatures to preserve its exquisite flavor profile.
