Banana shrimps,
This unique kind of shrimp is renowned for its sweet, light
flavour and is suited very well for spicy dishes. They are traditionally
barbecued or shallow fried .
Their body is pale yellow or translucent and speckled with reddish brown dots.
Our banana prawns are wild caught so offering them is seasonal.
